We make our classic smoked salmon the traditional way, curing it with sea salt and demerara sugar. Then we smoke it slowly in our kilns over a fragrant mix of oak and whisky cask chippings. The result is smooth and aromatic, with mellow, smoky succulence... that's why you can taste the difference
