For best before date: see side of pack. Store in a cool, dry place away from strong light. To retain freshness once opened, re-seal bag with clip and use within 3 days.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the best before date. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day and do not refreeze.
