A recipe locked in time Using our classic French recipe, our brioche rolls keep for longer and are still so delicious thanks to our perfected levain, our in-house starter dough that uses wild yeast.
In 1936, our father Gabriel Pasquier opened his boulangerie in the small village of Les Cerqueux, situated in the Loire region of France.
Brioche Pasquier (bree-ohsh Pas-kee-yay) came into being thanks to his culinary expertise and savoir-faire that he so passionately shared with my brothers and I.
Since then, we have been committed to offering you simple yet tasty products to enjoy at any time of the day and celebrate all of life's special moments, big or small.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, seal tightly with the bag tie. Best before: see side of pack. Suitable for freezing Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 3 hours at room temperature. Once defrosted, use on the same day and do not refreeze.
