It was all started in 1936 by Gabriel Pasquier in a small village bakery at Les Cerqueux, France. In 1974, his five sons began building the family business into 'Brioche Pasquier', which now employs over 3,000 people across Europe.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, seal tightly with the bag tie. Suitable for freezing Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 3 hours at room temperature. Once defrosted, use on the same day and do not refreeze. Best before: see side of pack.

Brioche choc chip rollsI bought some of these as on offer as a change from the Brioche
Choc au Pain. In my opinion - not as nice, and as not individually wrapped go stale very quickly. I shall go back to the Choc au pain as maybe not so good for the planet, being individually wrapped means I can pop one in my bag for a snack if needed and crucially the rest in the pack stay fresh

Good taste and overall value!We used to shop at another supermarket for the past few years. Moved home recently and this is the second chain we've tried in the new place. My kid loved the brioche buns and I'm glad we tried this store and didn't stick to the first store we went to! Definitely restocking this!

Why?The Sainsbury's own seem to have been abandoned for these brioche chocolate chip rolls, but they are not as good as the Sainsbury's, which is ironic. They have less flavour, the chocollate chips are not as good, and they don't taste as fresh. Why?
