Oven cook from either chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Halfway through cooking, gently spoon some of the sauce over the fish to cover. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
