Cooking instructions: Hob
Preparation: Put the mix into a bowl and add 300 ml of cold water. Stir the mix and water with a whisk to a batter whitout lumps. Pre-heat a 7" frying pan over a medium heat. Add a small amount of oil (around 1/2 teaspoon) - just enough to coat the pan. Cooking instructions: 1. Pour enough pancake batter into the pan to form a thin pancake (approx. 5 tablespoons). 2. Cook for 1-2 mins - then using a spatula gently loosen the pancake from the sides of the pan. The pancake will be ready to turn when the batter moves freely from the base of the pan. 3. Turn or flip and cook the other side until golden brown. 4. Repeat the stages 1-3 with the remaining batter.
