To cook on the hob. Boil water. Add one portion (80g) of petits pois carefully to the boiling water. Return to the boil and simmer gently. Stir occasionally. To cook on the hob Moderate heat 2-3 mins Drain. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Cooking instructions: Microwave from Frozen
Microwave from frozen but can also be cooked on the hob. Before cooking: Transfer one portion (80g) of petits pois into a microwaveable dish. Add 1 tablespoon of cold water and cover. During cooking: Stir halfway through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Drain and serve. Do not reheat once cooled.
