Pinot Grigio grapes have a beautiful copper tinge to their skins which gives this wine its delicate pink colour. The floral aromas lead into crisp and refreshing notes of white peach and wild strawberries.
This wine is produced at the Cavit winery, located in the picturesque Dolomite Alps in the north east of Italy. This region has long, warm summer days and cool nights which are ideal conditions for the production of light, fragrant wines.
A great match for grilled king prawns or light pasta dishes.
