Cooking instructions: Oven cook
For best results cook from frozen. If allowed to defrost, adjust cooking times accordingly. Cook times based on half a pack. All appliances vary, the following are guidlines only. Ensure the chicken fillets are thoroughly cooked, piping hot and the juices run clear before serving. Remove chicken fillets from packaging, place fillets on a baking tray and brush with a little oil. Cook in the centre of a pre-heated oven for: Oven type: Electric; Temperature: 190°C; Cooking time: 35-45 minutes Oven type: Fan; Temperature: 170°C; Cooking time: 35-45 minutes Oven type: Gas; Temperature: Gas mark 6; Cooking time: 35-45 minutes
