For best results, we recommend you oven cook our sausages. These cooking instructions are a guide only.
Cooking instructions: Oven cook
(190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5). Remove all packaging and place on a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally. Once cooked, check the sausages are piping hot and no pink meat remains.
Cooking instructions: Air Fry
Heat air fryer to 180°C. Remove sausages from packaging and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until brown all over. Once cooked, check the sausages are piping hot and no pink meat remains. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. Do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
