Cooking instructions: Cooking Instructions
Remove sleeve, film and empty contents of tray. Cook directions are based on a portion size. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.
Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Medium heat/ 4 minutes Fry: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry, turning frequently.
Cooking instructions: Other
200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6/8 minutes Bake: Toss tofu in 1 tbsp of oil and spread in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake, turning halfway through cooking.
Cooking instructions: Air Fry
180°C/ 3 minutes Pre-heat air fryer. Toss tofu pieces in 1 tbsp of oil and transfer to air fryer. Cook for 3 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking. Cook times based on a 1500W output air fryer. Cook times may vary in different models. Adjust cooking times accordingly based on manufacturer's instructions.
