Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Oven cook

Before Cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place fish fingers on a preheated baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 for 16 mins. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. This product is suitable for cooking in an air-fryer. For cooking instructions, please refer to the manufacturers guidelines. Ensure food is thoroughly cooked and piping hot throughout.

Poor refrigeration and or contaminatedThe fish is great but poorly refrigerated or contaminated has left me very unwell won't be shopping here again because of this so dangerous and not one person I've contacted has helped me in any way I ll be getting the other pack tested

Very tasty productTried these last week. Delicious. Very generous size so 3 each for me & hubby was plenty. Cooked them in my air fryer & they came out with crispy crumb but moist flaky fish inside. Definitely be buying again
