Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Cooking Instructions

Ready to eat but for best results pan fry using a griddle pan. Remove all packaging. No need to press. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Check product is piping hot before serving.

Cooking instructions: Hob

5 minutes. Chop the tofu into pieces. Preheat 1 tbsp of oil. Fry over medium heat, turning frequently. Use in a recipe of your choice.

Cooking instructions: Grill

5-8 minutes. Chop the tofu into pieces and place on a lightly oiled tray. Preheat grill. Grill on medium heat, turning halfway.

Absolutely delicious, flavoursome and crisp!This a regular in our house, the flavour is incredible! Fried of baked, it gets firm and crisp on the outside. Didn't enjoy the BBQ flavour one much but his one is absolutely delicious even for my non-tofu lovers of the house!

Horrd and messyI eat tofu a lot and have previously enjoyed Cauldron products but this grillable tofu I will never buy again. The tofu block itself is bland and tasteless but the sauce it is smothered in is horrid and messy. No way would I grill it! I would have got the disgusting sauce all over the pan and the washing up would have been dire. I will continue to buy other products but you can keep this one.
