Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Remove all packaging and allow steak to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Rub with 5ml of oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Preheat frying pan to a high heat. During cooking: Cooking time for rare is 4 minutes, medium 6-7 minutes, well done 10 minutes turning regularly. After cooking: Remove from the pan and allow to rest for 2 minutes before serving. This product should be cooked until piping hot throughout. If cooking rare, check the surface is fully seared/browned. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
