Oven cook from either chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Peel back film lid. Stir half way through. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 1 minute. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
