Cooking instructions: Grill

To grill from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat the grill to moderate. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a grill pan. During cooking: Grill on a moderate heat for 20 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry

To pan fry from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat 15ml tablespoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium high heat. Remove all packaging. Place sausages in frying pan. During cooking: Cook on medium high heat for 5 minutes to sear the sausages, turning occasionally. Reduce heat to medium and cook for a further 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
