History: Château Miraval has a rich history dating back to Roman times. Nestled in Provence, it has long been a place of beauty and creativity. In the 1970s, it became home to a renowned recording studio, hosting iconic artists. Today, Miraval is celebrated for its exceptional wines and commitment to sustainability. Regional information: Studio by Miraval Rosé is crafted in the heart of Provence, near the Mediterranean coast. The vineyards enjoy sun-drenched days, cooling sea breezes, and limestone-rich soils, bringing freshness, minerality, and a subtle salinity to the wine. Rooted in nature and creativity, Miraval is more than a vineyard—it's a place where music, sustainability, and tradition come together, with each bottle reflecting the character of this remarkable region.
Vinification: All grape varieties are vinified by direct pressing. Cinsault and Tibouren ferment in stainless steel vats, preserving freshness. Grenache and Rolle are partly vinified in tulip-shaped concrete vats, where the natural movement of the lees enhances texture and gives the wine a distinctive roundness and body.
