Cooking time 6 x 50g venison sausages 10-12 mins Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not reheat. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly, is piping hot and there is no pink meat visible.
Cooking instructions: Grill
Preheat the grill to medium, arrange the sausages on the grill rack, brush with a tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil then cook for about 10 minutes, turning to brown them evenly.
Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable or olive oil in a large heavy frying pan. Add the sausages and fry over a medium to low heat for about 10-12 minutes, turning every now and then to brown them evenly.
