Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove outer packaging and film. Place foil tray on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Discard foil pad before serving. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 20-25 mins
