Our Taste the Difference Discovery Hot Smoked BBQ range showcases true Texan barbecue, using prime British beef, chicken and outdoor bred pork. Each small batch is seasoned with a simple, well‑balanced coarse dry rub that lets the quality of the meat shine.
The cuts are hot smoked over real oak wood, creating a caramelised, flavour‑rich bark and a sweet, nutty smoke profile. They’re then cooked low and slow for exceptional tenderness and a pull‑apart texture. Every product is finished with a sticky, sweet BBQ glaze or gravy inspired by award‑winning sauces and classic regional serves.

Cooking instructions: Grill
To grill from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat grill. Remove all packaging and place sausages on grill pan. Grill on Moderate/High heat for 10mins, turning occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

To air fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. Cook times are only a guideline and based on a whole pack. Preheat air fryer to 180°C. Remove product from box. Remove product from pouch and place into the air fryer basket, spread in one even layer. Cook for 8 minutes. During cooking: Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Do not overfill the air fryer.
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be cooked in the air fryer or grill. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas 6. Remove product from box. Remove product from pouch and place onto an ovenable tray. Place tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 12 minutes. During cooking: Remove tray from oven and discard any cooking juices. Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
