Cooking instructions: Hob
To cook on the hob. Before cooking: Rinse thoroughly before cooking. Place 100g of lentils into a saucepan with 500ml cold water. During cooking: Bring to boil and boil for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. After cooking: Drain thoroughly, rinse and use as required. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only To cook on the hob 40mins
