Med grill 10-12 mins Preheat grill to a medium heat. Place on a rack under grill and cook, turning occasionally.

10-12 mins Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan until hot. Fry over a medium heat, turning frequently.

9 mins Preheat air-fryer to 200°C. Place in air-fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
