Microwave from frozen but can also be cooked in the oven. Before cooking: Remove outer packaging and pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. During cooking: Cook for 6 minutes, peel back film lid, add 2 tbsp of water to rice, stir both sections. Re-cover and continue cooking. After cooking: Stir thoroughly. Check food is piping hot.
