Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cooks for 25 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and the juices run clear. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
Warnings:
This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use.
Wash hands after handling raw meat. Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout and the juices run clear.
When cooked some pinking may remain on the surface of the sausages due to being in contact with the bacon. This is a natural occurrence and completely safe.

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.
Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 2 months. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for home freezing.
