Cooking instructions: Other
To air fry from chilled. Before cooking: Remove all packaging and spread the pigs in blankets evenly in the air fryer basket. Set air fryer to 180°C for 14 mins. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and all juices run clear. This is only a guide based on a 1400W, 4L air fryer. Air fryers vary in their performance so please consult manufacturer’s guidance. 180°C 14 mins
Cooking instructions: Oven
To oven cook from either chilled or frozen. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place pigs in blankets on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 25 minutes from chilled or 30 minutes from frozen, turning halfway through. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout and all the juices run clear. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
Warnings:
When cooked some pinking may remain on the surface of the sausages due to being in contact with the bacon. This is a natural occurrence and completely safe.
