Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled but can also be poached. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat oven to 200°C. Fan 180°C. Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Separate the fillets and wrap in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. During cooking: Cook for 14 minutes After cooking: Check food is piping hot. As the natural thickness and size of the fish and the performance of cooking appliances varies this is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6 14 mins
Cooking instructions: Poach
To poach from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Low heat. 4-5 mins Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Place fish into a suitably sized pan. Cover with milk or water, bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer. During cooking: Cook for 4-5 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. As the natural thickness and size of the fish and the performance of cooking appliances varies this is a guide only. To poach low heat 4-5 mins

This product has been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
