Cooking instructions: Grill
To grill from frozen. Before cooking: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove required number of fish steaks from packaging, place on the grill pan and lightly brush with oil. During cooking: Turn every 5 minutes. Cook for 20 mins 1 steak, 25 mins 2 steaks. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
