GRILL Before cooking: Preheat grill to a moderate heat. Remove all packaging. Lightly oil the base of the grill pan. Place the fillets on the grill pan, brush with oil or butter and grill for 14-16 minutes. From frozen Moderate heat 14-16 mins After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN Cook from frozen, but can also be grilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove required number of fillets from the pack and wrap each fillet individually in foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven.
