Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled. Before cooking: Remove all packaging. Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan. Season pork with salt and pepper. Once oil is hot add the diced pork. During cooking: Pan fry on high heat for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally. Reduce to a moderate heat and cook for a further 3 minutes. After cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Do not undercook raw meat.
Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.
Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use.
