Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
These flavour-packed tofu pieces are your new stir fry secret weapon. Just toss them in a medium heat pan from frozen, give 'em a quick fry, then throw in your favourite veg, noodles, and a generous splash of sauce. Boom - dinner done! Medium heat/ 8 minutes Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok/frying pan over a medium heat. Add pieces to the wok/frying pan and cook for 8 minutes, breaking apart any pieces stuck together, and turning frequently. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure tofu is piping hot before serving.
