Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled: Before Cooking: Preheat oven 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5. Remove all packaging. Place the ribs in a deep baking tray and add 100ml of water to the bottom of tray. Cover the tray tightly with foil and place on the middle shelf of the oven. During Cooking: After 70 mins, remove foil and then cook for a further 20 mins. After Cooking: Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
Warnings:
This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain.

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.
Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
For best Quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 2 months.
