On opening there may be an odour from the pack. Remove the pork from the packaging, drain and leave to stand for a few minutes. The odour will quickly disappear. The eating quality of the pork is not affected by the odour.
Cooking instructions: Shallow Fry
To pan fry from chilled Before cooking: Preheat 5ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a moderate heat. Remove all packaging. Slice the joint into 1.5cm thick medallions. Place medallions in pan. During cooking: Cook over a moderate heat for 12 mins, turning every 3 mins. After cooking: Remove from the heat, cover the medallions with foil and allow to rest for 3 minutes before serving. Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
Warnings:
This product is not suitable for rare cooking. Do not undercook raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and cooked foods or wash them thoroughly between use. Wash hands after handling raw meat. Raw meat may contain organisms hazardous to health. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout, no pink colour remains and the juices run clear. If not fully cooked in accordance with the instructions harmful bacteria may remain.

For use by date: see front of pack. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date.
Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
For best Quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen use within 2 months.
